邱德荣,男,首都师范大学数学科学学院研究员,博士毕业于清华大学。研究方向为基础数学、代数数论与算术几何,主要从事代数数论和算术几何研究工作。在数域上椭圆曲线的Mordell-Weil群结构、复乘椭圆曲线L-函数值与BSD猜想方面发表了系列研究论文,解决了有理数域上椭圆曲线同余性质的KKP开问题;另外,构造了非Archimedean Gromov-Hausdorff度量的一些几何结构及非Archimedean空间的Hausdorff度量结构;指导研究生证明了GCD整环上格序矩阵代数的Weinberg猜想。

获清华大学优秀博士论文(2001年);
获国家留学基金委设立的首届“杰出青年学者赴国外研修数学物理项目”(2003年),并由此资助于2004.9—2005.9 期间在美国哥伦比亚大学数学系做访问学者。

My main interests of study: Algebraic number theory and Arithmetic geometry. Have published a series of works on Mordell-Weil groups, special values of CM L-functions related to BSD conjecture of elliptic curves, and gave a complete solution to the KKP open problem on the congruence property of elliptic curves on the rational number field. Moreover, some other published works include the geometric construction on non-Archimedean Gromov-Hausdorff metric structures and the solution of the Weinberg conjecture on lattice-order matrix algebras over GCD domain.
